What is the design process?

     ​The residential building design process is a structured series of phases.

  • Phase 1 will be consultation, feasibility study and schematic design which is a rough overall design strategy.
  • Phase 2 will be finalizing the design and adding further detail called design development.
  • Phase 3 we will coordinate effectively with contractors and engineers to develop the construction documents for submitting to the required local municipality for permitting.

     By the time we submit your project for permitting, you'll have a comprehensive understanding of the design process, as I will guide you through each step with complete transparency.

How long does a typical project take?

The timeline for a project varies depending on its scope and complexity. I will provide you with as much details and keep you informed throughout the process.

Do you provide renovation services?

Yes, in addition to custom home design and outdoor living spaces, we offer interior renovation services to help you transform your existing space into a modern and stylish environment. Ask about our 3D rendering services as well which can be helpful to envision the project better.
